“Patients should feel better just from talking to their dentist. They should feel heard and understood,” says Alana Bestaeva.

What she enjoys most about working with patients is getting to know each person and gradually earning their trust. For her, the greatest reward is seeing someone who arrived feeling anxious leave calmer, knowing they have been truly cared for. A careful approach and a curious mind

Alana Bestaeva takes pride in the precision of her work and the trust her patients place in her. She plans every treatment carefully and enjoys finding solutions, even in challenging cases.

Her curiosity and perseverance also helped her after moving to the Czech Republic, where she had to learn Czech, pass the exams required to practise dentistry and gain experience in a new environment.

“What I love about dentistry is that there’s always something new to discover and room to improve,” she says.

Outside the clinic, she finds inspiration in books, galleries and travel. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and still has a love of dance, which used to be a regular part of her life.
